Job Description
- Good communication skills (Mandatory skills).
- Plan and delivery of the content as per NEP 2020.
- To be updated with the subject knowledge related to CBSE norms – Experiential & Integrated learning.
- Proactive approach.
- Motivator, facilitator – with an understanding of Multiple Intelligence and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- To Plan, execute and recapitulate the weekly content/assignments/assessments.
- To map each child’s learning outcomes according to the learning objectives.
- A good moderator to encourage the collaborative efforts of the parents to collect the feedback of their wards on a monthly basis (PTM) or as and when the need arises.
