Menstrual Hygiene Management Workshop

Gaurs International School conducted an insightful **Menstrual Hygiene Management Workshop** for girls of Grades VI–VIII in the New Auditorium, led by our dedicated school counselors, **Dr. Nimisha Shukla** and **Dr. Saudamini Mishra**.

The session focused on helping students understand **puberty, menstruation, and personal hygiene** in a safe and supportive environment. Through interactive discussions, live demonstrations, and engaging activities like *My Superpower Circle* and myth-busting rounds, students gained clarity, confidence, and the courage to ask questions openly.

The presence and thoughtful address by our Principal, Rachna Babbar, further enriched the session, inspiring students to approach this natural phase with confidence and a positive mindset.
