

Investiture Ceremony 2025: Honouring the Leaders of Tomorrow Gaurs International School celebrated its Investiture Ceremony 2025 on 12th July with grandeur, pride, and deep reverence for leadership and service. The event was graced by Chief Guest Captain Akhilesh Saxena, a decorated Kargil war hero, and Guest of Honour Mrs. Shikha Akhilesh Saxena, a renowned social reformer and author. The ceremony commenced with the traditional lamp lighting, symbolising the light of knowledge and purpose. Director Ma’am Mrs. Manju Gaur, Principal Ma’am Mrs. Rachna Babbar, and Vice Principal Dr. Tapasya Kachi Thakur joined the dignitaries in welcoming the newly elected student council from the Senior, Middle, and Junior Wings. The programme featured a captivating dance performance, an uplifting choir presentation, and reflections from student leaders across all wings. A heartfelt poem recited by Manas and a powerful Yoga Drill titled “Strength in Stillness” paid a moving tribute to Captain Saxena’s courage and discipline. Captain Saxena’s address was a stirring call to integrity, courage, and service to the nation, leaving a profound impact on the audience. Mrs. Shikha Saxena’s poetic excerpt and her interaction with students added warmth and wisdom to the event. The ceremony’s highlight was the Oath Taking Ceremony, where 106 council members pledged to uphold the school’s values under the four houses - Gandhi, Azad, Tilak, and Subhash. The event concluded with a group photograph, inspirational words from the school leadership, and the National Anthem. The day celebrated not just titles and badges, but the spirit of responsibility, resilience, and the promise of a brighter future.
